✓ Commitment to attending on time and preparing for the lesson in advance.
✓ Focus and positive participation during the class.
📅 Scheduling and Lesson Organization
✓ Lesson schedules are agreed upon in advance between the administration and the student.
✓ Any request to change a session time must be made through the administration, not directly with the teacher.
✓ Approval of schedule changes depends on the availability of suitable time slots.
❌ Attendance Policy
✓ If a student is late for a session, the teacher will wait for 20 minutes, after which the session will be marked as absent.
✓ If the student is unable to attend, they are kindly requested to inform the administration in advance as early as possible.
✓ In emergency or medical cases, the administration may consider rescheduling the session depending on the circumstances.
✓ Frequent absence may affect the continuity of the student’s learning program.
👨🏫 Teachers’ Commitment
✓ Teachers are committed to attending sessions at the scheduled times.
✓ In case of an emergency that prevents the teacher from conducting the lesson, the student will be provided with a make-up session.
✓ If the teacher is delayed by more than 20 minutes, please inform the administration immediately.
